Wind & Weather in Marsa Alam / El Naaba
The Red Sea lies in the root zone of the trade winds. The difference in pressure between the Mediterranean and the Arabian Peninsula is responsible for the strength of the wind.
The greater this difference, the stronger the trade wind blows around our ears.
Our climate is very dry and therefore pleasant to endure. Even in midsummer, higher temperatures are perceived as comfortable.
